How to change an address for a buyer
Buyer changed his address, but did not update in ebay. So... how can I/we change the mailing address after the purchase?

If the buyer has paid, you have to cancel the transaction and relist the item, so the buyer can purchase/pay again with the right address.
That is important for your seller protection.
