How to change a tracking number ?
I pre-paid for a shipping label it was incorrect and I needed to buy another at the post office, how can I change the tracking number?

Mentor2 years agoYou'll see an edit or change link next to the tracking on the order details. Add the new number there. (Note, you will not be able to remove the old one).
Have you voided the label you didn't use?

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
