How to change a review of a seller

I had submitted a well deserved negative review of a seller. Being disabled, returning their item (electrical wire) through Kohl's was going to be very difficult. I couldn't print Return to Sender on pkg since there was no return address. They told me, if I would change my review, they would issue the refund. They had given no reason for me to trust that they would be honest.

They refunded (pending) my money but I am not able to find the form they say they provided for me to change my review.

How do I change my review or, should I wait till refund clears?

Wait until you actually receive the refund and then if you wish, you could revise your feedback.

In the future, if you need to return an item, file a Return Request and use the return shipping label provided.
