how to Cancen refund request

My customer no longer wants a refund and needs to cancel the request, but he don't know how to do it

He can cancel the return request right from the request details in their purchase history.

Send them this:

To cancel a return request (for buyers):

Go to your Purchase history and find the item.
From the More actions dropdown menu, select See request details and then Close your request.
Select your reason for closing the return from the dropdown, and add details if you want to.
Select Confirm.
