How to cancela return shipping label that has the wrong address on it
I paid for a return shipping label for a damaged item. After I paid for it, realized it had my old address on it which I cant get access to. The post office wont change it, there is no access on my selling platform to access the return label, only the original shipping label. I need to either change the address on the label ( I already updated my profile) or need to get a refund/cancel of the label so I can create a new return label... anyone ?
