how to cancel the order?

I offered the seller a price, which was confirmed by him. upon closer examination, it was weak, the front side was weak, had numerous abrasions and small scratches - the presentation was not very good. I wrote to the seller and he doesn't mind canceling the order. But how to do this through Ebay?

@vladklyma0 Always inspect listings carefully before bidding or making an offer.

Only the seller can cancel and they are not required to do so.

Ask the seller if they will please cancel as buyer requested.

If they do not cancel as buyer requested and you have not paid then the seller can cancel as buyer hasn't paid on the 5th day after the sale. You receive an unpaid item strike on your account. 2 or more strikes in 12 months will block you from offers and auctions from most sellers. ONE strike won't hurt you.
