How do I rase the price on an item I am selling and how to cancel an sell In progress bc I am wanting more for it it just came off action

When you create a listing on Ebay, YOU set the minimum/starting bid price. It cannot be changed.
If you cancel a sale that has already taken place, you will receive a defect on your selling account from Ebay and probably negative feedback.
If you have a current auction, and someone has placed a bid that is equal to or greater than your starting/minimum bid you set, you are required to sell to the highest bidder at the end of auction. If you end the auction early, you will be assessed a fee based on the amount of the current bid showing at the time you end the listing.
Since you are new to selling on Ebay, it would be wise to be better informed regarding selling on Ebay.
