You use the drop down menu on the left for the label in question and select Cancel on this page: Track and manage your shipments
You have 28 days to Cancel a label your purchased
You can Reprint a label you purchased 5 times before having to buy a new one
Your funds will be credited back to your account in 21 days or less.
