How to cancel cancellation request after seller has already denied cancellation
So i ordered a guitar from ebay, and 3 hours later i decided that i didnt really want/need it. So i put in for a cancellation request because I figured that it has not shipped yet (this was at 7pm). But the seller declined the cancellation request, then messeged me and told me that he would cancel it. But now it still says that it is on the way, but if i click on the tracking it says that the shipment has been canceled on the FEDEX website. I tried to messege the seller and they keep telling me that I need to cancel the cancelation request before they can cancel it and refund me, but that is simply not possible because the cancelation request has already been denied. What is my next step?

The seller cannot cancel the order now that the cancellation has been declined. Â

The only way for the seller to refund you and close out the transaction Is to go to the drop down menu next to the sold item on a computer and select send refund. Â

The seller will receive a refund of their fees after they send the refund. Â
