How to cancel auto-renewal on buy-now listing

How can I cancel auto-renewal on buy-now listing? I've tried info posted online. I don't get the check box or drop down menu. Thank you.

Hi @jeanieq

BIN (Buy it now) formatted listings are considered Good til cancelled, meaning they automatically Relist each month on the day they were created with some adjustment on months that do not have 31 days in them.

This cannot be changed. You can End listings if you want and Relist but it is not necessary.

Go to

Seller Hub > Listings > Active

If you want to END all of your listings:

Click the box at the top in front of Actions so each box gets checked. Click ACTIONS at the top, click END at the top of the drop-down menu.

If you only want to END some listings before they automatically renew, you can click the END DATE column so the listings are in chronological order and then just click the box in front of those listings you wish to END.
