How to cancel an order that I have not shipped. The buyer entered the wrong address.

The buyer entered wrong address. Then requested a cancelation. However I missed the 3 day window (out of town) on the cancel. Now eBay will not let me cancel it because there is:
A cancellation already exists
You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order.You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order.
