@nicoleg223thrifts There is no way to cancel the sale once you decline the request.
Your only option now is to go to the sold listing and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item. Then refund the full amount. eBay credits you your fees.
Then you can relist the item by selecting sell similar from the drop down menu next to the item.
Thank you, I sent the full refund. However it still say the order is active?
@nicoleg223thrifts Yes the order will unfortunately still show as active and eBay will send a notice to ship. You will get a late shipment ding on your account but one won't hurt you.
It's always best to just agree to cancelation requests as forcing a sale never goes well for the seller.
Thank you. I appreciate your help, I’m newer over on this platform.
@nicoleg223thrifts You're welcome. Keep in mind that a no return policy does NOT mean no refunds. Your return policy is only for buyers remorse reasons such as doesn't fit, changed mind, etc.
If the buyer SAYS it's not as described then you must accept the return, pay return shipping, and refund the buyer. Some bad buyers that will say it's not as described if you try to force the sale on an unwanted item.
