How to Cancel an Order
I sold a car on August 29, and the buyer never responded to my two messages. Now it is well over the four-day waiting period to cancel the order, but the "Buyer hasn't paid" option does not show up; only Out of stock or damaged, Buyer asked to cancel, and Issue with buyer's shipping address. I think it is because the buyer was charged the deposit, but how can I resolve this issue? I will never receive even the deposit, and eBay will not refund my listing fee, and worse, they want to charge me again to relist the car.
