Is the buyer requesting you to cancel? If so, you can do that and choose buyer requested.
However if you are canceling because you changed your mind about selling the item, the only option you can use is out of stock.
But that will count as a defect for you the seller (in that you didn't follow through with the sale) and the buyer can leave neutral or negative feedback as a result.
