how to cancel an extra shipping label purchase
How do I cancel the purchase of a shipping label that i do not need to use? Accidently purchased two of the same labels

If you go to your Shipping Labels page, find that transaction and there should be an option to cancel the label.
Once you cancel, you should see the refund in approximately 21 days.
