How to cancel an accepted offer?
Im the buyer and it was for a pair of shoes. The seller accepted the offer but I noticed in the picture of the shoe box the size was right but that the shoes were extra wide 4E I think. The description of the item just stated the size and not the extra wide width. The item has not shipped. I contacted the seller and they think its up to me to cancel the offer but I don't see how to. I suggested they include the width size in the description.

OP1 year agoHow can the seller cancel the offer. Its sounds like they will but does not know how?

You cannot cancel an accepted offer, it is now a purchase.
If the seller is not willing or unable to cancel the transaction, you will need to proceed.
When you receive the item, you can try to file a Return Request.
The time to examine pictures closely is before making an offer.
