I printed 2 tickets in error for the same item. How can I cancel one?

Yes, the term eBay uses is to Void the label that you will not use. You can select the item on your Shipping labels page here: Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)
On the left is a pull-down menu on the left, select the Void function on the list. A pop up will let you complete the Void process and the funds will be credited to your account in 21 days or less.
You have 5 days to Void a label before you own it.
