How to cancel a shipping label for a refund
I offered a buyer a refund. When I went to send the return shipping label, I realized too late that the label had the wrong return shipping address. I need to cancel that label and send another. Is there a way to do this?

A) Was the return label generated by eBay through a Return Case?
- If so, that label will only be charged to you if it is used (which is different from a label you buy)
- You can print a label through a 3rd party service such as pirate ship and send that label to the buyer.
OR
B) Was this a label you bought yourself independently?
TIP: Change your Standard Return address for the future.
Here is where you can check the rest of your addresses for eBay, including:
-- “Registration address†your official address,
-- "Return Address" which prints on the label, and
-- “Ship From Address†which must have the zip/postal code for the post office you use (usually the same, but not always)

-- You can also temporarily fix the "ship from" and "return" address if you are printing labels on the website. There is an "Edit" button on the right-hand side of the label printing page to change both addresses.
