How to cancel a refund
I'm a new seller on here and the buyer paid but the funds were on hold and I cannot find the shipping label so we didn't know what else to do and he requested a refund and I sent a refund but now it's trying to make me pay like 80 bucks after the fact. We're wanting to cancel the refund and just continue with the order and let me ship it off how do we revert the refund
