@wil-134507 . If you end an auction with bids then you pay final value fees based on the highest bid. If the auction has less than 12 hours left you can only end and sell to the highest bidder. You can select the item to end it on this page https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/creating-managing-listings/ending-listing?id=4146

Go to the Active listings page in Seller Hub. Select the checkbox next to the item you want to end. From the dropdown menu, select End item. Be aware that you can't end an auction that has bids without incurring fees.
