How to cancel a cancellation request

Hello. I requested to cancel my order because I read the description on postage incorrectly. I messaged the seller and asked them to ignore my request to cancel and to proceed with my order. They agreed. How do I proceed to cancel my cancellation request as they asked me to do this for them. Thank you.

First, only Sellers can actually cancel a purchase. If they cancel then you will receive a refund on your account. Sellers can decline a cancellation request or simply ignore it. The Seller can ship the item you purchased at anytime so for now just wait to see if they do.

The date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.

You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
