How to call ebay
How do I talk with a live person at ebay regarding the negative feedback that was wrongly posted against my sellers account?
Navigating the links and searching help goes nowhere. I just wish to talk to someone and explain my side over the auto response making all of the decisions that hurt my feedback rating when not warranted.
The auto response allows buyers to make threats and return items when a seller did nothing wrong.
I just wish to talk to a ebay person that is willing to listen to why ebay made a few mistakes....and hurt my account. I am going to stop selling until I can talk to someone at ebay to resolve.

You can ask for a call from customer service, but before you do, consider that they will look at all of your photos, including the one that has your off eBay contact info, a clear policy violation.
To speak to customer service, use the link on this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
