HOW TO BUY ALLSTATE PROTECTION PLAN FOR AN ACCEPTED BID
I bid on an electrical item that was accepted and automatically charged to my credit card. I want to add the Allstate 2 year protection plan offered by Ebay but could not find a way to add it after Ebay automatically processed the order (I thought I could do it if the seller accepted the bid). I cannot find any customer service anywhere on Ebay, so if anyone can assist here I would appreciate it!

It may still be possible according to the FAQ section of the page below.
After checkout, you can still purchase it from the payment confirmation page or through your post-purchase reminder email. If you are not seeing either option their contact information is on the page.

OP2 years agoHi, I checked it all out and there is no option for me to purchase from the confirmation email (purchasing directly from Allstate costs mroe than through Ebay) and I cannot find any way to contact Ebay customer service (via email, chat nor phone). I don't understand why they are making it difficult to spend more money with them!
Will anyone please suggest how best to actually contact Ebay customer service?
