how to block unwanted offers from non-watched items

Question

I research items on this site for pricing information. I now receive offers from sellers on items that I am NOT saving to a watch list. I am being tracked. Any advice on how to turn off notifications from sellers I am not saving on a Watch List?

You can only turn off ALL "Offers to buyers" at My eBay: Account: Comminication Preferences: Buying Activity. There is no breakdown to Second Chance Offers (which is what it used to be solely before eBay started adding the spam offers), Watch List, Cart, looked at it too hard, etc.
