How to stop a "jerky" seller from contacting me internally on eBay? Basically, blocking their emails...?

If you mean eBay messages, you can block or report a user's messages directly from the message page if you are using a desktop browser and the "classic" message format (as opposed to the new "chat-style" format) by using the Action menu.
