You can block a seller from a specific search by going from your search results directly to the Advanced Search page and using the Seller feature there to exclude up to ten sellers by username (not store name). Then save the resulting search and delete the original search.
If you use that saved search as a starting point, you can continue to block that seller from subsequent searches.
