How to block a buyer?

Hello, I sold one of my items on Ebay, and the buyer is telling me to text or call her to talk about paying extra for shipping. She is in the UK and I personally dont ship to the UK. She is sent me 3 messages to text her , and the last message , she told me that it's not possible to delete her purchase and re list the item. I want to block her so she can't buy from me again and do this to me again. How do I do that ?

Cancel the transaction due to a problem with the buyer's address. You will not receive a defect and can relist.
