How to block a bidder

I have a gentleman bidding on one of my items and he sent me a message says he’ll pay for the product if I drop my shipping.
He said “He knows” the item could be shipped for $2.00…in what lifetime can you ship anything big for $2.00?
I asked him if he had such a place that was that cheap to ship from send me the link.
I also asked why he bid on my item if he thought my shipping was to high.
( My item has the same or much less shipping) than other sellers.
I have a new bid on my item and would like to block this gentleman before he gets a chance to bid again.
Why do some people just have to be a pain?

You can block them from bidding again.

After you block them you can cancel their current bids just in case other bidders cancel their bids.
