How to bill a buyer for re-shipping. EBay label had wrong address. Item was returned to me
Buyer says he changed his address with eBay but somehow it didn't go thru. The eBay label I printed was to his old address. Item is being Returned To Sender. Buyer wants me to re-ship to his new address. How do I bill him for re-shipping?

Mentor2 years agoAsk for buyer's email address and send a PayPal invoice. Tell buyer to make sure to pay it with correct address. Then reship either from ebay or if from PayPal make sure to update tracking on the ebay order details.
