How to avoid "Free shipping" to US territories like Guam, PR, Alaska, Hawaii, and BVI?
Hello,
I wanted to offer free shipping but soon learned I am getting ripped off by people in US territories.
I want to offer free shipping for Domestic only. That means Continental USA only.
Not Guam or PR that cost extra because they are basically international.
Does anyone know how I can limit or restrict who gets free shipping?
I don't want to cancel orders and make customers mad.
I know eBay always sides with customers, and will penalize me for any complaints from customers.

You can block US territories and protectorates. You can also block HI and AK too, as they are in zone 8.
