How to assign ebay combined shipping rules to listing?
Been on you tube and tried eBay AI and anything I can to understand this. Learned much about creating rules and policies and have done so. Merged many shipping Business Policies down to 4. Most videos I find show how to create policy or rule but never offer a simple explanation to assign the policy/rule to the listings. Small starter store 200 listings but cant seem to get the appropriate rules assigned to all listings. So far only about 36 listings have rules assigned and not even sure if those appear correctly to visitors. Every time I think I understand I find I don't because when I return to the page where I was the box is grayed out or missing. Any help recommended video or walk through would be appreciated
