How to ask if an item will fit if the seller won't accept emails
Trying to find out if refills for a vintage ballpoint pen will work and if it'd be refundable, but the seller won't accept emails. What to do?

The seller's return policy is on the listing page.
To contact the seller, go to the listing page, click on "Contact seller".
Next to "Still have questions?" click on "Contact seller"
In the pop up window that appears, start typing your question where it says "Send message"
Click on the "Send message" button.
