How to ask eBay to intervene
The problem is as follows: a broken product arrived, the seller asked to wait and promised to solve the problem or return the money. We have been in contact with him for more than a month, and now he has stopped responding. Any advice on how to complain to the seller and ask eBay to intervene?
I will say right away that I do not have such a function in the menu next to the product, and I also do not have a return function (I suspect that the seller was deliberately delaying)

Mentor2 years agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open a case. It sounds like he delayed long enough to put you out of that window.
How did you pay for the item? If the return window has closed you might want to reach out to your payment processor to resolve the issue.

OP2 years agothanks for the answer. I paid with a debit card. Please advise whether I can return the funds and whether it is possible to complain to the seller?

Mentor2 years agoIt depends on when the purchase was made. You may be able to leave feedback. Has it been less than 60 days?
You would have to reach out to the bank that issued your debit card to see if you have any options with them.
