How to ask a question directly to ebay??????
Hi,
I would like to ask why, when I search for a 24mm deep socket, I get pages of hits that have nothing to do with my search. Aren't you supposed to get results that include "24mm deep socket instead of anything else? Am I wrong, confused or mislead?

Mentor2 years agoHow are you searching? Using filters, or just keywords?
Lately the "Best Match" sort order has been returning many more results than other sort orders, and the results are only loosely connected to the original search. So if you are searching using "Best Match" and getting unrelated results, try another sort order.
This search seems to work for me:
