How To Apply for a Refund for Shipping Label Purchased via eBay
I love eBay, but my frustration is the inability to contact a Customer Service person to help resolve an issue. So let me please reach out to the community for help as I don't know where else to turn to.
I sold a leather duffle bag (item # 167748046464). On Dec. 22nd, I purchased a shipping label via eBay for $32.59. I took the package to my local post office and was informed that I purchased the wrong type of label for the large carton box that I was shipping. I left the post office with my package and the label was never scanned by USPS. I then went to my local Fedex store and purchased the proper label on the same day for $27.52. The Fedex tracking number was posted on my eBay listing so that the buyer could follow the shipment and the item was indeed delivered. Now I have paid for two shipping labels and I would like to know how I can get a refund from eBay for the USPS label that I purchased for $32.59 and never used. How can I reach an eBay representative to discuss about this? Thank you!!! Regards, Steve
