how to appeal against unpaid cancellation record when no agents available

Question

I was trying to obtain combined postage and thought seller was not responding. I tried twice before items cancelled. When I looked into it I discovered seller had been sending me back the same invoices with no note to say what problem was. One of the items was being sent from a different address so didn't qualify for combined postage. Cannot now bid on anything and cannot reach an agent.

What should I do?
