How to appeal a request for refund or reshipment when package was stolen? Please help
I don't know whether the package was delivered to the incorrect address or if it's been stolen since I'm unable to view any proof of delivery photos. I never found the package at my door, mailbox or with the neighbors. I requested a refund and was told by ebay and the seller that there's nothing they can do since it was marked as delivered. This purchase was roughly $300. What should I do ?
