How to appeal a bidding restriction?
I had a seller that wouldn't cancel my win. I suspected the listing a fraud after winning. I asked the seller to cancel my win and he said that eBay will cancel it for me. eBay did cancel it but now I am restricted to some sellers for bidding. How do my I appeal this restriction?

If sounds like you received a nonpayment type of cancellation … which put a strike in your account. If you had received a previous strike within the past 12 months … you likely will be blocked from bidding by most eBay sellers until one strike ages off after 12 months.
And the seller you suspected of fraud probably blocked you personally indefinitely.

The seller probably cancelled for non payment. After 4 days that is a possibility.
