How to answer to a buyer?
Hi, I am new as a seller on e bay but old as a buyer.
There’s one buyer interested on a tool listed as auction. He asks “request shipping cost to 04480â€
what does he means by that, how can I help him?

Mentor3 years agoEither you or the buyer can do this...go to the Shipping and payments tab of the item listing and enter the zip code, then click Get Rates.

It seems to me the buyer is requesting the shipping cost to ZIP Code 04480. [Maybe he wants to have the item shipped as a gift.]

It seams to be a zip code from Mexico, I will ask him what country exactly is he located.
One more question if you don’t mind, I listed the item to be sell and shipped only in the USA. Does it looks like a good idea to deal with this buyer in case the doesn’t live in the USA?

I would tell the buyer that you do not ship outside the US. As a new seller … you probably should get used to selling in-country before expanding your territory. 🙂
