How to allow the syncing of my store sales with Shippo?
At one point I had my eBay store "sync'd" with Shippo to where my sales would also show up on their site so I could compare costs. For some reason the "authorization" from me has expired (according to Shippo) but I cannot for the life of me find where to go in my account settings to renew this authorization. Shippo has looked into it at their end and it is definitely something with eBay. Can anyone tell me the steps I need to do or for sure say whether or not I need to contact eBay directly?

I don't use Shippo, but I do have other programs that sync with my eBay account.
When the token expires, I reenable the token ON the 3rd party program
-- Typically with a 3rd party tool, you have to "renew" the token every year.
Look at your Settings on Shippo for a link to connect or renew your eBay account. It will prompt you to link the account.
All eBay apps work in a similar fashion.

OP5 months agoThanks but on the page where eBay lists the 3rd party program, they do not list Shippo. I have tried to "renew" my store on Shippo's site and their tech's have looked into the issue and say to me to the below: (which did not work because I cannot even find Shippo on eBay hence my initial question)
"I’ve investigated this further and reviewed the backend logs for the store connection.
What we’re seeing now is that the store object ID is returning as “null” in the system. This is important because it means the backend no longer has a valid record of the current connection between eBay and Shippo.
In simpler terms, the integration is currently in a broken or orphaned state ,the system is still referencing the connection, but the actual underlying store record no longer exists or was never fully created during a previous connection attempt.
To resolve this you need to fully reset the connection."
1. Remove Shippo access from eBay
2. Remove the store inside Shippo
3. Reconnect from scratch

Here's where to do step 1
Third-party account access is here

Click "View" at the bottom
Or just click this
https://accounts.ebay.com/acctsec/security-center/third-party-app-access
1) Check the box beside the account you want to remove
2) Click Revoke
Then do steps 2 and 3 as advised by Shippo
