How to allow ebay to let me ship to PO Boxes
Buyer claims that he wants to buy from me but ebay won't allow as he wants to ship to PO Box. It would be going USPS

eBay has always allowed shipments to P.O. Boxes. It would be up to each Seller to set up their account if they wanted to exclude shipping to a P.O. Box.
What type of item is it and is it an international shipment?
