How to adjust shipping information once an offer has been sent?
I sent a offer to a buyer and they would like to accept the offer but questioned the shipping. When I look at the listing it appears that I have incorrect shipping information like weight and measurements. How can I adjust these? I cannot seem to find a way to edit, I assume because an offer is out.

Mentor1 year agoBest Offer is for the ITEM PRICE only. The shipping is non negotiable. Tell the buyer to decline your offer. Once it has been declined, you can then revise the listing to correct the weight/measurements as needed, and a new offer can then be sent.
