How to adjust listing so international buyers can bid

Can anyone please advise how to adjust a listing so that international eBayers can bid on my listing? I havenâ€™t put any blocks on my postage preferences, so I donâ€™t think this is the problem. Thanks.

Check your Buyer Requirements https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements to see if the box for "Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to" is checked. Other than that ebay.com at least (where you are asking the question instead of on your home site of ebay.co.uk) will block buyers where the bots detect there might be export/import issues between the seller's country and the buyer's country.
