How to add tracking to a pickup order

I had a buyer select pickup when it should have been for shipping. He bought another item and I shipped them together but I have not been paid for the first item and I can't figure out how to add tracking so I can get paid. The buyer has not responded with the confirmation number either, any thoughts?

You can not change the delivery method after the sale.

Since you used a different delivery method than the one the buyer selected when they purchased all you can do is mark it as shipped on the order. The option is in the drop down menu for the item on your orders page.

If you have asked the buyer for the digit code to enter as proof of delivery and they have not sent it all you can do is wait for the funds to be released.

If this should happen again the way to handle it is to cancel the sale using problem with buyer's address and relist the item with the correct shipping method for them to repurchase.
