how to add photos to return request

I am not very knowledgeable about inserting photos or transferring items from 1 location to another and am unable to find out how to in the ebay help area. I have taken photos and have them accessible in my download folder but cannot get them anywhere but displaying on my screen. I have tried dragging them from the download folder to the return form but it doesn't work. The photos snap back to the download folder.

To attach photos to your Ebay Return Request click on the "Add photo" button in the return request to choose the photo in your download folder to upload the images.
