Are you asking about a No Cancellation policy for auction bids, or for won/bought items. When it comes to auctions you cannot stop buyers from retracting bids, but you can refuse to cancel a bid if someone requests it.

For already won auctions or BIN listings, a buyer can request cancellation, but you do not have to agree as stated in the previous reply.

There is a way to create your own policy if you have a business account.

Hi no , eBay sellers cannot set an enforceable “No Cancellations” policy. For fixed-price purchases, buyers can request a cancellation, but the seller can accept or decline the request . You can state “No Cancellations” in your listing, but it doesn’t override eBay’s cancellation policy or prevent a buyer from requesting one. Exception: Buyers cannot request cancellations for auction wins or eBay Live purchases . Are you having issues with a lot of cancellations? I get a cancellation request perhaps twice a month and as long as the item hasn't shipped I grant it. No reason to ship to someone who has changed their mind. I find often the item sells again in a few weeks to a happy buyer.
