how to add new information to a declined dispute
I filed a dispute (appeal) on a fraudulent transaction (I was the buyer) and eBay denied the appeal without really researching the information I provided proving that the seller was fraudulent. I want to file a new appeal with new information.
How do I go about this, and how do I escalate the appeal to higher management level that will take the time to actually investigate the facts ?
