how to add intl shipping after auction

I auctioned an item and the winning bidder is in Australia. I have settings to US only. apparently that does not limit bidders. anyway, how do I allow for shipping to Australia? after the auction

It is not enough to state you only shipto the USA. You also need to BLOCK buyers who reside in countries you do not wish to ship to in your Buyer requirements.

If you are willing to ship to Australia, go to https://postcalc.usps.com/ and see what it costs to ship to AU using Priority International and send your buyer an Invoice.
