How to add a screenshot/photo to an Active Listing

Question

I am trying to add a couple of photos (screen shots) to an item that is Active.
I click on Revise Listing and scroll down to the Photos & Videos.
The area is blank(gray) and appears to be refreshing but never completes.
Even the Main photo which is displayed on the listing itself does not appear and I cannot add anything.
How can this be corrected?

You can't revise the listing if

- It's an auction, and there are less than 12 hours left, or

- It's an auction and there's a bid, (although you can add up to a total of 24 photos and/or a supplemental description comment, and lower the Reserve price until the last 12 hours), or

- There's an outstanding Best Offer (including Counteroffer or Offer to Watchers) on the listing.

Your sink auction has less that 12 hours so it can't be revised, although you CAN end that listing if you wish since there are no bids. The revise it and start the auction again for another 7 days.

You should be able to revise the grill.

Now, the listing should appear and you should be able to see the photos even if you can't revise it, but it does take a minute or so on the app.
