How to actually get a live human being for help.
Ebay has to be a company that really don't give a dang about the customers and sellers. I was tricked in buying a shipping label and got the money taken out for payment for it. I already had a shipping label that I already had bought on my own. I ask for a refund on the shipping and 2 weeks later nothing, no reponse. I have no clue on how to get help.

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.

Mentor2 days agoIt can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.
